Try starting a new diet...(eating healthy foods) And start exercing and working out....it might take a few weeks, but im sure that it will work hunny.....
I have a hard time working out due t a lack of time I have.
I only gym class to work on that and the rest of my time I have with my boyfriend and working with my horse.
Any other sugjestions anyone may have?
