How to increase my memory power?

Hi friends,

Im a colllege student.

I didn't have the habit of bi heart.

I understand the meaning of my topic and then start preparing for my exams.

During exam time I study all things but I didn't remember fully but some what I remember.

Please...

suggest me the best possible solution to remember.

I know it sounds kinda gross, but fish oil or krill oil in the morning can help boost memory power for the day

Well do you work consistenly through out the year?

there is no way you'll remember everything you study unless you FULLY understand it. Instead of studying, rather try understanding your work by asking yourself questions such as why, how and when would you use the work. Also don't wait till exam time to start studying, do it during the year rather.
