How to grow long hair fast?

Does anyone know how to make your hair grow longer faster without ruining your hair?

there really isnt a way to since they grow by the roots.
But to get the optimum hair growth, just keep your hair healthy... whatever that means... the admin removed my question and I never figured what healthy meant

I don't think there's any way to make your hair grow much faster.

Yes. By keeping it healthy that won't hold it back. About once a week use an egg to wash your hair. I got that idea from a (ex) friend and it seems to be working for her.
Also try out different shampoos. Try the 'for dry hair' kind and then the 'for oily hair' kind. Using extremes will help you find the happy medium that fits you.
Also cut your hair about twice a year, just an inch off.

Hair grows at the rate of half an inch a month.
Take care of it to give it the best look, feel and shine; but it still only grows half an inch a month.

If you eat a lot of jello, that sounds way wierd.
But its true! If you eat jello, it makes your nails
and hair grow faster.

try using hair oil not everyday but atleast once a week and use the shampoos meant for babies as theyre gentle.

eating less sugar will help I believe. I havent been having sugar and in the past month, my hair has grown 1 1/2 inches!
