There is not a certain length of time that it can take your hair to grow. If you are not taking care of your hair on the regular, then there is no way you can expect your hair to grow like you want it to. You can start off by cutting your hair short and taking care of it that way. If you manage to take care of your hair properly, then it will grow according to the way you want I to.
