If you love her - you should love her for how she looks and not try and secretly change her. There is NOTHING you can do to change her body and you shouldn't even want to. Nothing can increase breast size, and if you increase her butt and thighs - most likely she will just gain weight all over.

You should not be trying to change her - love is supposed to be unconditional - you love her for who she is.
