Firm butt and thighs, what should i do?
I want a firm and toned butt. And toned thighs. I already jump rope everyday for 15 minutes, do you think I should do more? And I go up the stairs in my school, I even run if I can, and my class is on the 2nd floor, so I'm sure that counts. And I do...
lunges, but not very often, because I hate hate hate them. And I never can feel the burn when I do squats, or am I not supposed to feel it?
What should I do? Like to tone my butt and thighs? I hate seeing them flabby, its annoying.
