Don't make your hair to tight around the roller. Use it on dry hair that has been straintened first. Keep them in for an hour or over night. Make sure to wear a satin cap so you can stop the frizzies up top. Also you can use a leave in conditioner after your take out the rollers. Hope those suggestions help.
