How to get perfect waves with thin hair?

How do I get my hair to lay down for perfect brush waves? My hair is kind of thin with very little curl. I don't want to have to use a perm, do I have any other options?

That is a tough question to answer because we cannot see or feel your hair texture. Go see a stylist (one with references and plenty of experience). They will be able to guide you better.
