How to get a hourglass figure ?

I’m quite small, 160 centimeters, I’m not fat, but not too skinny I have an a#s, and normall bra size but not so much figure in the middle any of you got any tips without loosing weight cause I don’t have great experiences with diets ?

Don’t diet for an hour glass figure. What you just need to do is not eat unhealthy foods like french fries, candy, chips, etc. A great way for your stomach to be flat and curved in is to do sit-ups/crunches. I do them myself when I am watching TV in sets of 25 and do 3 sets a day. (Don’t worry, you won’t get “woman abs” or anything. If that did happen, I wouldn’t be doing my sit-ups!
