Squats... lots of squats if you are trying to look like beyonce. If you are trying to look like Roseanne Barr or Kirsty Alley on the other hand then eat ice cream and twinkies or eat MacDonalds with every meal. But sometimes no matter what someone does they will never attain a bodacious booty, so if thats you then wear clothing that disguises your posterior shortcomings such as frilly skirts or jeans with big pockets on the back that are set a little lower than normal. I'd just invest in skirts, scrap the jeans and rock a small backside if I were you though=)
