if you want to cancell your wu tea shipments go to this address https://www.wu-yisource.com/confirmOrder.php and click on the live chat option that they have. A online sales person will ask you for your name and email address, so they can pull up your info... the sales person I chatted to was pretty sweet, I requested to cancell my shipments and she did... just make sure you save the conversation as proof that they will cancell... hope this helps
This company are absolute charlatans. I've kept getting billed for weightloss books and 'access' fees that are basically FINE print that 80% of people probably don't realise they're going to be charged for when they sign up for a 'free trial'.
Firstly, the thing that most people don't realise is that this super expensive tea is simply OOLONG TEA. yes, the stuff you find at the chinese grocer for about $4 a huge box. It's a total sham.
Secondly, the free trial leads to them automatically sending over boxes and boxes more of this incredibly overpriced tea.
Thirdly, they will do anything to keep charging you for stuff you don't want. I've written over 4 emails to them to ask them to stop charging me anything. I couldn't have made it any clearer that I never, ever want to receive anything from their company - whether it's some useless internet thing you don't realise you're being charged for, or tea at about 600% its ordinary price. After receiving confirmation last month that they were not going to charge me anymore, I have just received a fresh batch of charges on my credit card.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. You'll never see the end of it. I can't believe how much money they have taken from me for absolutely nothing.

Can you please email me also how to cancel the membership. They won't get back to me to cancel it.
I managed to get a response from them by sendign a cancellation email to the following two addresses: support (at) wu-yisource (dot) com; markcustomersupport (at) gmail (dot) com. BUT I sent them about fifty repeated emails to both addresses over the course of one morning to pi$$ them off totally and then I got two responses. I have yet to see if I will be charged after the intiial payment has gone out for the one month supply but once this happens I intend to report my card as stolen and have that cancelled and replaced. its worth itnot to let these con artists get away with it. I think everyone should SPAM them by sending multiple emails - its worth the hassle!!!
could you tell me how you cancelled your membership? I can't do it either!

How to cancel my wu-yi tea subscription and free trial membership?
Hi im located in Singapore and just make a big mistake of signing up for the Wu-Yi Tea 1 month trial weight loss tea bags yesterday on Wu-Yisource.com! Before I even received my tea bags and stuff, I decided its best for me to cancel the order...
immediately and get a full refund back. How should I go about doing it if im not in US and can't make a phone call to at 866-449-5567 (does this even works?!). I've tried emailing at the only email address I can find which is teahelp[at]usa[dot]com but it was underlivered and the email address does not even exist!
Has anyone ordered and cancelled successfully to kindly assist me here? Especially those who are like me, outside of US. How do I actually contact them (Best w/o having to make costly international phone calls) and make a cancellation and get a refund successfully?
Honestly I think I will resort to making that call if that is the only way to help me but I need to know it really works, not calls after calls of referrals and holding, or no one answering / couldn't get thru, or worse, no such number at all!
Please help me! Thanks so much!
