See. Since everyone said to not use weight loss pills my mom has decided that maybe drinking Wu Long tea will work. Its from China and I know Green Tea helps you lose weight and Wu Long tea is supposed to burn 2.5x more calories. There are women who said they lost 50+ pounds. Without even exercising. And doctors approve of this tea. Its supposed to help your skin and hair, strengthen your teeth, lose fat, build your immune system, and a few more. I think this might actually work. I know green tea helped me and this is even stronger. So if you've drank it for 6+ weeks. Let me know if it helped. Or just write your opinion. Thanks.

Hey,

I just did some research and basically in ONE Japanese study, Wu Long (or oolong tea, as many of us know it as) helped Japanese women lose weight after eating MORE than green tea.

It's important to think about the study in context: it was one study, done on one group of testers, and all that was really determined is that those who drank it after meals lost weight faster than those who drank green tea.

Also, I would suggest not buying into hype and spending loads on 'Wu Long' tea. It's the same as oolong tea, which is available basically anywhere.

Good luck.

well, from my experience, wu long is a type of green tea so basically all green tea have the same properties, and they are quite good at maintaining weight, not decreasing and increasing it. if you think pills are not good, then you should look out for beverage with l-carnitine for l-carnitine has been clinically proven to accelerate the burning of fat.
