How to achieve a small waist!

Shark Atack Asked by funadvice about 1 year ago, 6 answers.

I really want to get a smaller waist, especially the area around the belly button. I'm slim and dont have fat, but the shape of my hip bone or whatever makes me look like I have a big waist. I want to know what exactly what and how I need to do this to...

shrink my waist. So it's the bone that I want to make smaller then I'd looks slimmer.
Would I have to do tight lacing? If I wore a corset every night, but not in the day, would my waist decrease in time? How do I know what kind of corset to get, where to get it it? Does the forming and molding process of your figure/shape make your inside unhealthy? Like even if you do it all gradually can it effect a baby if you get pregnant? I dont want to hurt my body, I want to shrink my waist in a healthy way, please help me! Is there a way to minimize the waist in a healthy way the is wont effect anything? I need to know what to do.
Also what is a girdle? should I wear that at night? I want to wear what I need to aat knit then it not noticable. Would girdles reshape my firgure? And its more like my lower waist (belly bottn area) that's wide.
Thank you so much
P.S. if you want to know I want to make my waist around 4 inches smaller!

I do exercise and do ab work outs. my abs and stomache is fine, it's my side, the bone, that stick out. which I dont think I can change unless I wear a corset. so its my bone im saying I need to to cinch to actaully get the slimmer look

your bone is bone you can;t change that without plastic surgery I have big hip bones and I accept it I suggest you do hey look on the bright side when the time comes you will be strong and just be able to shoot out those babies.

UM, IF IT'S THE BONE YOU CAN'T GET IT ANY SLIMMER. THAT JUST MEANS YOU HAVE BIH HIPS AND WANT SMALLER HIPS. I'M SORRY BUT IF SEEMS AS IF YOUR JUST WHINING ABOUT IT.

I've got the same problem.
I'm not fat, but I don't have much of a curve between my waist and hips. I'd like more definition and a smaller waist.
I've been trying exercises and sit-ups again. A while back this gave me really great abs but it didn't help the waist situation.
I think it's just the way your body is. It's the muscles in your sides (the obliques) that determine how small your waist is. Try working them out by belly-dancing or simply leaning from side-to-side as an exercise.

lower ab works and if its the bone I suggest a surgery and you don't want that so if lower ab work out don't work accept your figure just the way it is
