thats what I want to know please give sum answers quickly but I think if you stop eating thats better just eat fruit when your hungry and drink plenty of water thats what im doing now and I have lost loadz of weight im now a size 10 but want to get to 6 or 8.

you seem to want a lot of things. nobodys perfect.
bellydance to get a smaller waist 10 minutes a day and drink water or organic/real green tea. having a small waist is easy to maintain if you have a pear or hourglass shape. to get smaller arms lift weights or canned goods 10 minutes a day. to get thick thighs, lol, eat west indian food, imao, or run up a fight of stairs to build up leg muscle. other than than that accept yourself for who you are. if you forget about what flaws you think you have or want to fix, you might not realize it right away, but you might get what you want! good luck.
