How to do my eyeliner so it doesn't get all ugly?

Yes I know how to do my eyeliner. but after a while it gets all ugly. so I need tips to change it.

Put on a powder first.

just have a mirror handy, then retouch. put an eye cream before..and dont be a crybaby...you'll definitely get panda eyes.

Try only applying eyeliner and mascara on the top eyelid and none underneath, will last for hours and no looking ugly.

I like applying black shadow over my eyeliner with a thin angle brush. it won't last forever, but it looks good for a long time.
