What is the best eyeliner to get?

I need to know what is the best eyeliner to get, because I get tired of having to sharpen mine every three days, and some times I lose my sharpener, and I cant put it on, so I got hrough the day looking sick!(thats what my friends tell me)
I have tried the liquid kind and it didnt work out very well, so that one is out!

My mom know whwre the best is it is in downtown atlanta in a buety supply store I doesn't matter which one you buy

actually you can buy the retractabe eyeliner that you can twist up when your ready to use it and twist it down when your done and it doesnt need to be sharpened you get it from any drugstore or anywhere like target or shopko

Liquid eye liner works very well with me. When it dries, it done for the day, !! Its flawless and looks great. I have bought many eye-liners through the years and for me, it doesnt matter how much you spend.

don't use liquid if the rain hits it or you cry it will smeer I use black pencil cover girl,Love my eyes KOHL-KAJAL black(all togather),thats about it srry I couldn't give you more lol

I use avon. And I don't have to sharpen all that much. But every eyeliner I use it still smudges. I could get the best eyeliner but it smudges. But all my friends use avon eyeliner and they love it
