How much weight should i lose after giving birth?

Asked by mardog57 about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

I am 55 and I weight 160 lbs. I just had a baby 6 months ago and I was 200 lbs when I gave birth. How much more weight should I lose to be the perfect weight for my size.

Well you have to find out what kind of bone structure you have then figure out what weight but it's around 115-145lbs. My wife weighed 108lbs with my son and jumped up to 172lbs when she finally had him. And whenever she had my daughter she got pregnant at like 115lbs and jumped up to like 168lbs so she's a small structure so I'd say a good 135lbs is a good weight range for an average woman. Oh yeah my wife is 5'5.
