you should have two to three servings which mean a small apple orage or babana is 1 serving
6 servings of fruit, and 6 serving of vegies a day.
I really don't think you can have too much fruit.
3 apples, 1 orange, and a tomato, or half a water melon. or 33 cherry tomatoes, or 52 grapes
3 to 4 servings of a generous heap, but sometimes fruit can be expensive, so try to fit as much into your diet as possible.. :]
one of each, just at least 5 fruits a day anykind. and dont forget 5 servings of vegetables too! if you dont like vegies then drink a bottle of V8!! there hella good for you it has blended fruits and vegies and it doesnt taste like vegies at all , you can only taste fruit. and its good for you. vitamins and iron and blah blah all the good stuff . instead of eating hella crap a day drink, a couple bottle of those a day! and your all set!
