Okay So I just got a new job and I want to get an idea of how much taxes will be taken out of my check each pay period. I get paid every 2 weeks. I am getting paid $12.50 per hour and I claimed Single 3 on my W-4. Can anyone give me an idea of how much they will take or how much I will end up with at the end of each check?? Without knowing how often you work it's hard to make a guess, but...
Here is a short example:
At $12.50 per hour for 8 hours, you would earn about $100.00 per day. Times 2 weeks would be about $1,000.00 per paycheck.
It breaks down to the following:
Bi-weekly Gross Pay $1,000.00 Federal Withholding $61.50 Social Security $62.00 Medicare $14.50 Take Home Pay $862.00

I agree with the other comment, but you can ask in your accounting in your company because they were assign to compute your salary.
