My son has had dierea for about 3-4 days the doctor told me to give him pedilyte how much do I give him

I assume you're going to want to continue regular breast milk and formula feedings, so your son may not want to take anymore than about 1 to 2 ounces between feedings. With the addition of pedialyte to his diet, he may not be as hungry as he normally might be, so you may end up spreading his feedings out a little.
