im a first time mom and I just wanted to know the average age for when his neck will be comletley strong.

My sons now 5 1/2 months old he can pretty much hold his head up on his own, but you still have to watch it. He tends to sling himself around. but you'll be able to notice when he/she has enough to control over it. not freight over your knowledge over it comes naturally just like them doing it =) Hope I helped

You may not have to suport his neck but they start to throw themselves around to see whats goingon etc and its very easy to drop them when they do this. Its always best to have a firm hand on the bubs back incase of this but his/her head should be strong enough around 6 months or when they start to sit up themselves. Im a mum of 3.
