Your best bet is to call a BBQ place like Dickeys, or Marshalls, and pose the question like you are getting quotes from competing restaurants. See how much they recommend.

I would do two servings a person. happy

Would you buy the beef BBQ and the macaroni salad already made? It would be easier to find how much you need if you can see the serving size.
