HONEY BREED YOUR PITS I JUST BREED MINES AND PEOPLE ARE WAITING TO BY THEM NOW ALL PITS ARE NOT IN SHELTERS I HAVE HAD ONE OF MINES 7YRS AND MY GIRL 2YRS NOW.WHEN YOU SELL YOUR PITS DO BACKGROUND ON WHO YOU SELL THEM TO.IF THEY FIGHT DOGS YOU NO NOT TO SELL THEM THE SHELTER IS FILLED WITH MORE OTHER DOGS THAN PITS TRUST I KNOW.SO DO YOU GIRL ARE GUY WHO WANT TO BREED.MY FEMALE IS HAVING HER PUPS IN 3WKS I CANT WAIT AND THERE NOT HERE YET BUT WHEN THEY GET HERE THEY GOT GOOD HOMES TO TO PEOPLE ONLY TALK WHO DON'T KNOW IT'S HERE SAY NOT PROVEN FACT.
There is never a set number for litters within breeds, could be anywhere from 1 to 12 just depends on how accuraate you are in the mating time. There is a 3 day window of oppertunity in which mating will produce pregnancy. Sounds like you should do a lot more research before breeding, it is not as easy as it seems and there is a lot of things involved.
Good Luck
I think you should breed them not only bc maybe I could get one but to teach people that not all of them are how they think you knoe disgusting and beastly, beleive me I am kind of afraid when I see one walking down the street and their are some bad ones give em' a good name good luck on finding homes...;)
there is no way of knowing...nature does its own thing and each liter can be different.
With my pug I also had an x-ray done to see how many pups she was going to have before she delivered them and it wasnt accurate, close, but not accurate. The vet saw 5 in the x ray and she had 6. (3 didnt make it) :(
I came to the site rather to ask what is the normal or average count. We were expecting & hoping for 5 to 7 atleast, but were astounded when our pitbull had 15! Yeah, we're kind of freaking out here! But we'll love them all the same untill other happy homes want to share the love...
Please do not breed your pits. Way to many are being killed because they can not find good homes. People don't want them because they have a bad rep. I personally love pits, but I am against breedin them there are plenty in shelters that need to find a good home.
Sorry...it's in the hands of the Gods...
