how many glasses of milk should I drink a day if I want to build muscle?
(not lose weight)

is drinkin 1% milk alriite? cus I dont like whole milk

What other mammal drinks the milk of another species? What other mammal drinks milk into adulthood?

The way I see it dairy is the most unhealthy thing we consume.

Milk does have calcium but it is also high in protein. Processing excess protein makes our bodies acidic which makes it leach calcium from its bones to neutralize. Drinking milk to prevent osteoporosis is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. When you look at the countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis and the countries with the highest dairy consumption they are in fact the same. Dairy does not protect us from osteoporosis.

Muscle comes from a good resistance workout routine. Unless you live on nothing but apples and bananas protein is not going to hold you back. The cult of protein came from assumptions made at the beginning of the last century and the pork, beef, dairy industries continue to promote for their own interests. If you eat a healthy varied diet protein will not be a problem even for athletes.

1% milk is fine
and it's not all about drinking milk
you can eat and drink other heathier things
and take vitimans deff
vitimans is the easy way to go
you will bulid a lot more muscle than anything

There are some very recent scientific studies that have shown that milk consumption does not help build bone mass or protect bones. For bones and muscles, you need CALCIUM and vegetables! It has been shown that people who eat lots of vegetables have stronger muscles and bones than people who drink milk.
1% milk is much better than whole milk. Have skim milk if you can. The fat from dairy is very bad for you.

u actually dont need milk much I never drink it unless its in cereal or a milkshake lol, milk does no use , it actually takes calcium out of your system so if your going to drink milk eat a lot of green veg because that restores the calcium and vit d thats going true fact, veg have better and similar benefits like milk so yeah dont worry
