As for how long it takes for the bank to get back to you... Who knows. I don't waste my time. when it takes them longer then a week I go to them. Don't set and wait, do something! Banks uselly forget or don't listen so don't be afraid to remind them once in a while. If you keep tapping their shoulder they'll get what you want done!!!
