Hi,
I found this online for you:
it really depends on the player...most of them are throwing in the 65s--70s--80s (mph) just using their arms and a small step. however, in the outfield sometimes when they gotta throw someone out coming home and they're way back, they can reach high 80s low 90s off a crow hop.

How hard do infielders throw?
When a ball is hit to short stop or third base, how fast, in mph will the ball be thrown to first? everyone talks about how hard pitchers throw but I have to assume short stops and third basemen have to be throwing around 70 mph. Does anyone know?
