How do you measure your height?

Well, I want to fill out a BMI [Body Mass Index].
I was wondering how I would measure myself accuratly.

Could someone help me out here?

you could get someone to mark off your height on a wall or something (put a pencil on top of your head and mark it off), and then measure the wall...

or you can get measuring tape and have someone measure u
