When is the most accurate measurement of my height?

What is the most accurate measurement of my height? My height in the morning or evening? I state my height as an average of the two usually.
Even though, for the majority of the day, I am not the height that I am in the morning, by verbal standards,...

height would be the tallest that I can be measured barefoot.

yeah you kinda just answered your own question... or the avg of the both will give you and approx. but the tallest you could be I think would be right...

well, you're actual height would be whatever height you are, whenever you measure yourself. your height fluctuates. I tell people my shortest height, because if somebody calls me out on it, I want to be able to confidently measure up to at least what I said. I'm 6'10'' though, so 1) I get disbelievers more often than a normal sized person would, and 2) once you get that tall, you don't feel a need to exaggerate your height like, say, a 5'11'' tall guy would. best of luck with your moral dilemma.
