How do you make your legs longer?

How do you make your legs longer? Mine are sort of short compared to the rest of my body, and I’m jealous of people who have long legs. Can you give me any sort of advice???

You cant make your legs longer, but you can make them look longer.

Something to consider when shopping for clothes is to look for clothes that have vertical lines on them; that will succeed in elongating your legs making you look a bit taller. Suits with pinstripes or even just a blouse with vertical piping or pinstripes will work great to make your legs appear longer. Conversely steer clear of clothing with horizontal lines; you want people’s eyes to go up and down rather than back and forth. The best kind of line to create when dealing with your legs is an asymmetrical line. This will do wonders for you when you’re trying to make your legs look longer.

Wearing longer pants is also a good way to make your legs look longer. Don’t wear pants that don’t fit but rather wear flattering pants that visually elongate your legs; boot cut pants are great for this, especially if you wear them with a high heel. Your legs will most definitely “grow”! One of the things to remember with shorter legs is not necessarily do you need to make your legs look longer, but rather don’t accentuate your already shorter legs. Don’t wear skirts with a second hem, pants that are tight at the top (that will only draw attention to where your leg begins, emphasizing its shortness), and keep a good line of color flowing (the line of color will elongate your body).

Something else that goes into this longer legs look is how you carry yourself. If you have good posture and carry yourself with confidence your legs may not necessarily appear longer, but it will succeed in taking the focus away from the lack of length in your legs. One thing about legs is that it’s hard to really alter them, but you can become adept at creating optical illusions! Appearances and poise are the keys to making your legs longer and taking the emphasis away from the shortness of your legs.

you can make them longer, but youd need surgery, so as stephanie said wear clothes to make them look longer like pinstrips, also if your legs are a little chubby, try to tone them and they will make them look longer :)

Dont listen to the answers above you CAN make your legs grow, even people in there 20s can do so. I will explain how it works then give 3 excersize’s that can help. Bone growth can be achieved by stress fractures, everytime a stress fracture is created your body will repair it so with repetitive stress fractures focused on you legs you can force the bones to grow bit by bit its kind of like getting shin splints the bone repairs and adds some for strength in the effected area. Some baseball pitches have one arm longer then the other this is the arm they throw with, it is from the repetitive stress they put on the throwing arm. The most effective way is by riding a bike with the seat 10cm higher then comfortable or high enough to feel the stress for at least 10mins a day 6 times a week. sharp kicking in front of your waist in a pushing motion almost as if you were pushing something away from you with your legs using one leg at a time wile standing, you can increace this excersize by using ancle weights (Not recomended when first starting out) using a jump rope or jumping as high as you can repetitively also creates stress, do not over do these excersize’s to try speed the growth up, things like this take time and dedication. Drinking milk is important wile doing these excersize’s at least 1 glass a day, even better is using a growth supplement, anyone willing to gain hight ether in the spine or legs can do so despite what skeptics on this site will say. Try these for 3months you will be suprised and may want to continue these untill you have gained 2inches in your legs, dont forget dedication is the most important thing you will not gain the hight in just 1 week,

ok.. there are loadz of ways…I have really long legs and I love em lol…they look longer of you wear skinny jeans and wedges instead of a normal heel… black is also a slimmimg colour and this will appear to make your legs look longer…

but overall, wedges with wateva jeans you have.. skinny’s work the best but just try new things out.. work wiv what uve got
