How do you know if you have worms in your stomach?

I've been losing and gaining weight (up and down up and down) for a while now..I've been feeling nausea, I've been coughing a lot, I also feel like it could be my dogs hair in me..what could it be? worms? dog hair? what else?

Of course head to the doctors ASAP...there is a lot of hype by certain companies that worms are a cause for all types of problems in the body but they fail to say it is rare. We all are host to some parasites but most are good and suppose to be there. See a doctor to clear up any misconceptions you have on this.

1 in every 3 people have a form of worms for a amount of time. so don't flip out.

you might need to see a doctor...worms cant hurt you really bad.. but you can get a little pill that you take for a only about a week that will kill the worms its not harmful and you shouldnt be allergic to it. you can ingest your dogs hair.. or if laying in the floor or staying outside...this is a probable cause for worms.

when theres no food to eat they eat body fluids that you need. And to make them go, you put a glass of milk infront of you and open your mouth, and they will come up may sound silly but believe me
you also know when your losing and gaining weight, you could also be puking blood.

an old trick to get tapeworms out (in the 1800s/early 20th century) was to put sour milk outside of your anus, not mouth... they would crawl out eventually. Worms don't live in your stomach, but your intestines. Only specially developed bacteria live in your stomach... your stomach acid will kill anything else. Even very large worms will not kill you - they do not eat your bodily fluids... They get the food as it is being digested in your intestines.

Chances are you do NOT have worms, you perhaps have a virus (sounds like it with the coughing). Either that, or you're 13-25 and your body is going through a lot of changes which result in fluctuating weight. See a doctor, but there is no way to tell over the internet.

I am so scared I havent lost weight but I have had diarriha everymorning and my abdomen hurts and I am so sacred.. I am afraid to tell my parents that I h=think I have tapeworms. but if I dont I could die cause they could grow over 50 ft long. and thats a lot. what do I do???

hmmm well im not loosing or gining weight but I heard recently that your bottom could itch and you could have diarriha wich I have. It is seriosly scary but I don't have bad diarriha just like every now and then, but no abdominal pains...should I see a doctor? couldn't I get rid of it some easy way like naturally or with cat de-wormer?

im 13 and before I took worm medicine I ate a lot then 5 minutes later I was hungry and this kept going on for a while until my mom looked up something about intestinal parasite worms...I was scared and I still am. then I took the worm medicine and it look like it made it worse...I have a loss of appetite I get hungry quick and all those other side effects...somebody help me I dont want to DIE!!!please HELP ME
