How do i know if i have a worm in my stomache?

I'm 27 years old and I'm pretty skinny being at 120 lbs. I use to be around 130. I eat normally but I never gain weight. my stomache doesn't hurt at all. but I keep thinkin why I can't gain weight. is it possible that I have worm thats eatin my nutrients....

I have no health insurance and no money to go to the doctors. I just wanna know how can you really know if you have a worm inside of your body or not?

No you don't need worm tablets. What you more than likely have is a overactive metabolism. I'm 5'2 and when I found out I was pregnant I weighed 98#. I was like u, never could gain wt. (I was 31 when I had here and had been at that wt for probably 15 years.) When the Dr told me I needed to gain 40# w/ my pregnancy I just laughed at her. My daughter is 14 now and since my pregnancy I've been able to gain wt easily, w/out even trying!

Most clinics will take payments for medical care. Or even better, apply for Care Credit. Its similar to a credit card with a preset amt you can spend---but its only for medical/dental expense and veterinary expense if you have a pet. Usually, the pymts are relatively small.
you could get a complete exam, with blood work and a fecal study if the Dr orders one---all for less than $350 and make pymts. I think you can go online and google. CARE CREDIT and apply online.
you should see a Dr, it could also be related to your thyoid but you need to have a complete physical.
Call all of the clinics around you and see if they will let patients make pymts.
