You can't unblock websites.. but you could try the following.

If they block '' try '', it's worked before.
Or
Go into start and then 'Run', type 'Ping ' and there will be an IP Address, which you copy into the address bar. Something like 56.142.113.10
Or
Use a proxy, something like 'www.proxy.org'
