well junk food is really bad for you, it slows down your heart and is really bad for you health. Try changing you diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, I know vegetables dont sound so good by its self, but you dont have to eat it just without nothing, I hate vegetables, but I like baby carrots with ranch dressing for example just dont use to much dressing and that kinda of stuff. You can eat home made salads, you can still even eat pizza, just the best ones wud be the homemade ones, because you can make it your self, and but low fat stuff on it. But fruits are really good for you, they're yummy too that shouldnt be a big problem? unless you relle hate fruits. exercise, at least 20 minutes a day, you'll get used to it and you wouldnt even want to look at junk food and un healthy stuff.
You should try making homemade pizza with wheat bread and more veges. For spagetti use whole wheat pasta, and substitute turkey or chicken for the meat! You should never stop eating what you love, just make it healthier

I eat a lot junk food and not so good 4 you food and I can't stop all I eat is pizza and spageti I drink a lot of water but when I eat I only loose weight sometimes when I run I might gain something is wrong
