Answer #2

I did when I was younger. It’s not a big deal, as long as everyone agrees to it. My mom’s boyfriend’s son has been staying at his friends and his dad is just giving the mom money every month.. it was arranged privately, no need to go to court or anything.

Answer #3

you can get legally amancipated.. like if you have your parents permission go to the courts and they amancipate you whitch means you are a legall adult

Answer #4

You don’t have to do anything, unless your mom wants to give up her parental rights, which I doubt she wants. It just seems like she’s angry with you for what you did. Since you only have a year before you turn 18, it’d be unnecessary to go through all of that legal trouble. Basically, just move to wherever and put their name on your emergency card at school. :)

Answer #5

Your mother can’t legally kick you out until you’re 18. You can willfully leave at 17 without an emancipation. After you turn 18 you are legally an adult, after which point if she wants you gone she is going to have to serve you with an eviction notice, but even then if she doesn’t feel like paying a notary to do it, you won’t be LEGALLY served. After being legally served, you will have 30 days to vacate after which point she can have you arrested.

Your mom sounds like an awful person. Just sayin’.
