How do i meet famous people?

I want to meet a famous person but I dont know how. I live in Scotland nearish Edinburgh so are there any famous singers or famous bands going to edinburgh soon so I can meet them? I think it would be amazing! How do I meet them though?

Go to a show at a small venue, and stick around once it's done...
They usually mingle with fans after a show. xD
