How do I lose weight on inside part of my legs

How do I lose weight on the top, inside part of my legs??I ride my bike in the summer, them my legs get really strong and firm, but I cant seem to work out that part of my leg because theres no muscle, just fat… Help??

Try doing jump rope fore a few minutes a day. Preferably once in the morning and once at night. It should help tone your legs and butt.
