How do i loose weight if im a lazy person?

okay im 14 and fat. well not really fat. I just have love handles and a belly.
im extremly lazy and I plan to go out and run everyday but I just dont end up feeling like it.
I wanna loose weight because I see a lot of skinny girls at my age and I just...

wanna look beautiful. what should I do?

sweet heart you need to learn to love yourself. dont try to be any one else but you.

but if you really are looking to be healthier you should eat better foods or get a gym membership. if you get a gym member ship then its kinda like, 'oh im paying for this so I need to actually do something or its just a huge waste of money.'

well you could start by taking all the junk food and candy and stuff out of the house and tthrowing it away!! and then replace it with healthy snacks ;D

Okay, I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL! I'm also not fat but I do have a little belly and lovehandles, but I'm wayyy too lazy to actually go running and stuff.
So this is what I do:

I lay off the candy and junkfood. Not ENTIRELY, but what I do is I eat healthier snacks instead. Don't worry, not like carrots or stuff, but for example barbeque flavored ricecrackers! They are deliiicious, and they're wayyy healthier then barbeque flavored chips. I also try not to drink really sugary drinks anymore. Instead of that I just drink water with a FLAVOUR. So it tastes wayy better but it's not that much calories.

Anddd I try to situps everyday. But thats kind of hard:P
