Im like sooo fat! How can I loose weight? Im tired of being fat & ugly seriously.. Looks heres a pik of me so you can see how fat I am> yeah I wear size 8 pants & size m shirt :(
Fat? What the heck? You're not fat. I would not ever lie. I would tell you if you were fat so you could go on a diet and be healthy, but you're not fat. Don't listen to the person who said you were chunky. You're not! If you're not happy with your body, then start eating very healthy meals and excercise on a regular basis. I mean have a very active lifestyle. Drink apple cider vinegar. it cleans your body system. It gets fat out of arteries, prevents acne, and it breaks down fat. but, you're not fat.
well, your not fat, but if you feel you want to lose weight, stop eating fast food, eat more fruits and veggies, the typical, and run, walk, jog, park in a further parking spot at the mall or w/e. there are easy things you can do, dont diet, a diet is the way you eat, just eat right, and yeah you will lose weight, just dont eat fast food, and greasy foods and you should be just fine :D hope this helped :/

nah darl you're not fat don't worry. just maybe try and keep your diet healthy like eat lots of fruit and vegetables and maybe cut down on the junk. and like exercise like go for a jog a couple times a week. hope I helped :)
