How do I help my cat give birth?

she is trying to push but not anything comin but blood and some white stuff

I don't think you really have to help her... when our cat had her kittens, she did everything, we just made sure that once the kittens were out, that she didn't try to harm them, and that they were moving around normally.

if you want to help her take her to the vet!!
