By now, this answer really won't help. If this ever happens again take her to the vet (like you did) and get the shot. If it doesn't work within an hour or two, she will most likely need a c-section. That is a lot of kittens for a cat to have and sometimes they just get to tired to finish giving birth to all of them.
I hope your cats and kittens are ok.
