you cant the law states that if you have been convicted of a felony that you can be imprisoned for 2 or more years you are no longer eligible to own a fire arm weather you were required to fill out those 2 years in prison or not sorry dude you shouldent have committed a felony and there are no exceptions to fire arm laws
