I'm sure you could, then rinse them with water. I usually put mine in a pan and boil them for a few, it'll kill almost anything. Then you can more easily wipe off any bulidup just be careful, they'll be hot :P

yeah peroxide works, that's what I used for my lip rings and to clean everything else
