I could be many things. though I have no knowlegde in the med field, I would recomend you getting a physical. irregular blood pressure may play a factor. another thing is that you may have many thoughts running in your head and something sudden can trigger your mind to stop thinking and "scare" you.
I say this because I went through that too during my high school (school and relationships) events


How do be less scared?
everytime like my mom comes in my room I jump >.< or somtimes when I see someone come from the corner I jump >.< how can I be less scared?
