How can i stop people from spreading rumors?

All My Friends, Apart From Kayleigh, complain About Me And They Spread Rumors About Me

e.g:
In The Year 6 Summer Holidays Everyone Went Around Saying I'm A Lesbian + Then My Friends Hacked Into My Homtail Account And Deleted All Of My E-Mail Addresses,...

Including My Dad's Who Lives In America And I Didn't Know His E-Mail Address.
Ever Since I Moved Back To Torquay Everyone Says I Look Like I Fish + A Hamster And Smell Like A Fish. I Know I Don't Smell Like A Fish because I Wash And I Can Smell Myself, But I Have A Fat Face And That Is Why I Get Caleld Things Like Hamsters.
Then In Year 8 All My Friends But Kayleigh complained About Me And Made Me Cry All The Time, Would Try And Turn Kayleigh Against Me.

So I Want It All To Stop!, Can You Help?

you canr people are going to spread rumors...just laugh about it theyre haters...once they see it dosent bug you(even though it might)theyll lose the fun they have and move on the world is full of cruel people like these...but theyre stupid and miserable youll see.hope this helps -v-

You can't...what goes around comes around. On the other hand nobody is perfect, maybe these people are jealous of something that you have that they don't, hold your head up high and be strong, and really they will stop bugging you when they realise it isn't bothering you.

Pretend like whatever they say doesn't bother you. It is hard to do, but when they see that their remarks are not hitting home, (making you cry, mad...) they will stop. Try a positive attitude during the attack, and even keep a smile on your face, be confident in yourself. Hold your head high.

There will always be bullies in every country, every state, every town and every school. Mostly they are insecure and want to show off so they pick on someone they can get a reaction out of. So, if you ignore them pretty soon they'll leave you along. Try it and let us know what's up, ok? God bless
