How can I stop eating too much?

I eat a lot!!! Today I ate tons of candy, even after I was full!!! I can’t control myself D:

PLEASE HELP!!!

Try to chew on gum instead of grabbing a piece of candy or 2nds of dinner. Get the food taste out of your mouth, brush your teeth or chew gum, so your head quits thinking of the food. When you are going to eat again, or something else, or something you shouldn’t eat, then tell yourself that you need to go on a 10min jog, or walk before you can eat that extra portion that you don’t need. Unless you absolutely enjoy working out, that will keep ya from doin it, You don’t want to exercise, so then you can’t eat. It’s in your mind. You think of it, you always see the food around, it’s hard to resist! Good Luck!

I go thru phases of eating and not eating and today I have eaten a lot aswell lol, its all about self controll, but msot sugary food are addictive, try find an alturnative snack thats low in fat and tastes really good like special K cereal bars, and try eating a breakfast cereal that will fill you up, and also most eating is out of bordom, go out and try find sumthin to replace eating, or occupie your time that doesnt involve eating large amounts and get rid of all the crappy foods in your house best of luck xxx

Drink when you are hungry. Water. Most fo the time when you think your hungry Your really just thirsty ;]
