If i stopped eating for a month, how much would i lose?

if I stopped eating for 1 month how much weight would I lose?

none just excersise more and eat healthy

you do know that the less you eat the more weight your going to gain for sometime so its not worth it just exercise

You'd lose a hecka lot of fat and muscle tone too. Don't attempt fasting unless you know what you're doing.

you'll probably lose muscles n dat is NOT good for ur body
if you want to get a better body
den jus excersice n dont eat late at night

i agree with these guys when people starve themselves or are hungry the fat in there body is used up to create the energy you arn't recieving because you arn't eating so you gather more fat which is trying to stop your body from dieing ... dont do it! xx

when i stopp eating i was in the hospital and could'nt eat or drink for 27days and only lost 17lbs i was sick

I don't know but I was sick recently and didn't eat for a week but I kept drinking heaps of water and I dropped almost 20 pounds in a week.
