Try excersing more,dieting, and ignore your cravings. To make losing weight fun try going to a camp or even join a summer sport with friends.

am 13 years old, I weigh about 155 and I went to weigh about 115 or loss before scool starts and I went to loss it before 8/30/07 because that is when school starts.How can I loss 40 pounds before school starts??
well... its well into October and im givin advice (wow... so smart...) anywayz, I got da sam problem with weight, but I am on a healthy diet and I lost 10 lbs, but its hard 2 keep it off because of medications.
