Stop all unhealthy eating: no junk, no sweets, no soda, no alcohol, no fastfood. or fried, go low to no carbs: so no pasta, bread, rice, sugar; start only vegies, the greener or darker the better e.g. iceberg lettuce, no good, spinach, great. Lots of water eight 8 oz day.
To second week can add protein, should be no bigger than a fist, lean like poultry or fish is best. Meals 4-5 small; I use the smaller plate so I portion less. Try to snack something every 2-3 hrs small portions e.g. handful nuts, egg, cup yogurt, celery with peanut butter, jello, few crackers, bowl 1 cup healthy cereal hot/cold.
I,n week 2-3 can add fruits-they are higher in sugar so that's why you left it out earlier, but at least it is natural not processed so body can break it down. Can drink 1-2 glasses juice, 1-2 cups milk, 1-2 cups tea or coffee are okay, if using sugar try splenda, no creamer/cream, can light milk for the cream.
Some kind of excercise 30 min day, no time break it up e.g. 2x 15min, 3x 10min, just get heartbeat up, go for brisk walking if you don't like to run/jog, at least 3-5 times a week, it really helps and feels good to get out with fresh air on a treadmill open up the doors windows blinds to get a sense of outside. The sun gives you vit d in turn boosts up body, a great mood enhancer, helps fight off depression. always drink plenty water before and right after though, fluids in the body help organs function better so it doesn't work so hard when working the body harder, once you're feeling thirsty your body is dehydrated, so drink up. I like to add those flavored mix ins to my water when I get bored with it, lots of flavors to choose from, 0 cal, 0 sugar.
You should see results by then; the first couple weeks its all waterloss, that's why all diets people lose the most at that time, then it slows down after water loss is done, so don't be discouraged, that's just how the body works. Eating right doing your body right, more natural, organic foods, less refined unnatural is what the body needs to stay weightloss, although a little something here or there can't be harmful if you stay on track so you should never feel guilty, I call a little reward every now and then if it calls you. Eat nothing but salad FRESH veg friut Smoked fish
Whenever you feel hungry drink loads of water until you don't feel hungry anymore
Compare yourself constantly to thinner people than you
Dont eat massive portions of food.
It should do the trick it worked on me but I dont recommend it to really skinny people because obviously it wil make you really ill.
And don't do this all the time just add different healthy foods when you want a change..

my brother lost 10 pounds in one week. so it is possible.
but it is VERYYY unhealthy.
he was eating only like 300 calories everyday.
he would have like a piece of toast in the morning with no butter or nuthinn.
and he was walking on the little stepper excersize thing aLOTTT.
so, if you really NEED to lose the weight fast then you can try that, but sont do it for long.
because that could make you sickk/
