HOW CAN I JUST LOSE 10 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK. YOU SEE I WAS ON THHE SCALE THIS MORNING AND I FOUNDS OUT THAT I GAINED 10 POUNDS

heavens to betsy, you would have to starve yourself to death. no kiddin, im not the one to ask, however I would love to lose ten lbs. by christmas. maybe someone will get on this thread and help us both. good luck from chatty kathy

I was on an exercise machine this evening for 20 minutes & burned 300 calories. If you can do that, twice a day, you'll lose at least a pound every few days. If you could do that 3 times a day, you'd lose a pound every two days.

Combined with a healthy diet, and you could easily lose a pound a day, without doing anything dangerous or unhealthy. The trick is to stay motivated.

The smaller you are, the longer it takes to lose 10 lbs. Trying to lose it in a week will be very hard. Hopefully you will be able to. Good luck!!

This is guaranteed to lose 10 lbs in one week. I have been on it and also my girlfriend. We did it together and we both lost 10#.THE LEMONADE DIET 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (not reallemon)2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup ( not maple flavored sugar syrup) I only used 1 TBLS as the syrup was too sweet for me. 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (red [pepper) or to taste warm water or can use room temperature water, whichever you prefer. Drink this all day long. No solid food. This will fill you up and has all the nutrition needed during this time. Use fresh organic where possible lemons or limes, never anything that is bottled Grade B Maple Syrup is more suitable for the diet and is less expensive. You can find this grade at Sam's Club. Don't get the kind that has formaldehyde pellets. Doing this diet 3-4 times a year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy condition. Thr purpose of this diet is to dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion that has formed in any part of the body. To Cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system. To build a healthy bloodstream. you can use this diet when you are overweight, sickness has developed, when the digestive system needs a rest and cleansing. Right , to loose 10 pounds in a week is very difficult but if you really want to do it because you NEED to loose weight, then you should ...

Exercise 3-4 times every day for half a hour- an hour

Eat nothing but salad FRESH veg & friut & Smoked fish

Whenever you feel hungry drink loads of water until you don't feel hungry anymore

Compare yourself constantly to thinner people than you

Dont eat massive portions of food.

It should do the trick it worked on me but I dont recommend it to really skinny people because obviously it wil make you really ill.
And don't do this all the time just add different healthy foods when you want a change..
