My graduation day is coming up, and I'm still overweight! I've tried eating healthy, and exersicing an hour a day, but I still see no weight loss. I've already gotten over my junk food eating habits, but I'm not usually the one deciding what to have for the meals. And every time I ask for something else, I still have to eat it. What can I do to lose more weight?
I have lost weight with Slim Fast before. Also I have gone on all cereal diets before. Both have worked out because it is an easy way to control your calories. A bowl of cereal is 200 calories or so, if you eat 3 bowls a day and some veggies in between and try to stay away from other food you can give your stomach a chance to shrink and force your body to burn its excess.
try eating small bites of food then u will get full . when u get full dont eat any more . if u havent had desert and ur full dont eat any more thats were u can gain some major weight.
get a lap ban done, or just cut is off with a kitchen knife
