How can i get over fears?
And I dont mean normal fears.
Im deathly afraid of people, small spaces,the outdoors,even sleeping.
But I want to get over them since being sleepy alone and indoors is getting boring and no one understands.I want to over come my fears!
But last time I...
tried to face my fear of people I fainted...then tried again when I woke up only to faint again.
Please help!!!
